When you contact Simple AI, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. You can also provide your business name and industry. Please don’t include client, patient or participant records, or other sensitive personal information.

How your enquiry is handled

Your enquiry is sent to jean@thesimpleai.com using Resend, our email service provider. Your details are included in the email so we can understand your request and reply. Resend and the email providers involved process the message to send, receive and manage it.

Website operation

Our hosting provider processes technical request information to operate the website. To protect the enquiry form from abuse, a hashed network address and temporary request counts may be processed by Upstash, our rate limiting service. We do not use the form to create an account or subscribe you to marketing, and this website does not include advertising trackers or analytics.
